If you live here, you know you’ve got it good. There’s an abundance of parkland, over 500 acres in fact. Rents and apartment prices are cheaper, per square foot, than anywhere else in Manhattan. Crime is low. The city is at our doorsteps, just about a half hour jaunt on the A-train.

In supporting and promoting the arts in Washington Heights and Inwood, the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance (NoMAA) has taken on the role of lead organizer for the annual Uptown Arts Stroll, the region’s June-long visual and performing arts festival.
